Active Subscriptions:

  • All account and project data is retained while your subscription is active
  • Project files and communications remain accessible through Trello during your subscription

After Cancellation:

  • Account information is retained for 12 months after cancellation for potential reactivation and legal compliance
  • Project files may be retained for portfolio purposes (with identifying information removed) or for template library development
  • Financial records are retained for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting requirements

Deletion Requests:
